DARLENE CROSS Obituary

Darlene, a beautiful and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend peacefully passed into the arms of the Lord on Thursday, January 17, 2013, at the age of 75. She was born in Oklahoma and was the daughter of Clarence and Arcadia Jones. She is preceded in death by her parents; her sister Patricia; and her precious daughter Debbie, who passed away a mere four days before Darlene. They are now together in Heaven and will be deeply missed and forever in our hearts. Darlene is survived by Robert Cross, her loving husband of 37 years who took such wonderful care of her as her disease progressed; his son Bobby and his wife Jeanine; her daughter, Michele Thompson and her husband David; nephews, Jason Aguilar and his wife Melissa, and Moses Aguilar; niece, Sabrena Aguilar, whom she loved dearly and raised the three as her own after her sister passed in 1986. She is also survived by her brothers, James Jones, and Carl Jones; and her sister, Betty Noel; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. A Graveside Service will be Thursday, January 24, 2013, at Fowler Cemetery. Debbie's service will be at 10:00 a.m.. and Darlene's service will be at 1:00 p.m.
