GARY GENTILE Obituary
Gary P. Gentile, age 61, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2012, in Fresno, California. He was the son of Lou and Josephine Gentile.
Gary was an attorney in Fresno and the loving father of two sons.
He is survived by his sons, Vincent and Nico Gentile; his sister, Judy Gentile Gaither and husband Rick; and his extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Fresno, on Monday, December 17, 2012, at 11:00 a.m.

I had no idea until now. I am so sorry for your sadness, all Gentile's left behind.
I go all the way back to St. Therese's with Gary, Bullard as well. I visited him at St. Mary's, and in San Diego, too, but then we lost track. We had a surprise visit in Carmel, mid-'90s, and he was back on top of his health. I will always remember him that way.
Gary was charming, and his charisma was undeniable. He was fun, and honest, and real. What a sad loss. Oh...

Gary and I were such great friends in Law school. We spent so much of our time together--both studying, partying, and enjoying the great life in San Diego. Just finding out about his passing, has left me with a real sense of loss. While miles may separate friends, the great times spent together remain forever. He'll be so very missed by me and others who loved his company, way back when we were young.

Gary's smile, infectious laugh, and sense of humor is what I will remember most about him. I worked with Gary in the District Attorney's office many years ago. My sincere condolences to his family.

My husband and I have known Gary and his family for too many years to count. We worked with him at the DA's office and he and my husband saw each other frequently when Gary was in the Worker's Comp field and through The Dante Club. He was always so friendly, kind, fun, positive, and impeccably dressed and groomed. I will miss the big smile and hug that he always gave me when we met. our deepest sympathy to Gary's Family. He will be missed.

I've known the Gentille family since Lou and Pete did our wedding flowers in 1971. I had the pleasure to meet and become a friend to Gary. The light in his eyes, smiling face and giving nature will be greatly missed by all. Reed and I send our prayers to his family.

Gary was always a good friend to me. We studied together for months at the USD Law Library when he was preparing for the bar exam and myself the CPA. He would play Boston hugely loud at his apt in Mission Beach. Gary was cool...super likeable. I have many great and fun memories with Gary. I miss him and my condolences to the family.

I worked with Gary in the District Attorney's Office in the early 1980's. He was a wonderful friend and co-worker. He was always attentive and caring and just plain fun to be around. I've always remembered him.
