GEORGE CUSICK Obituary

Age 82, a resident of Fresno, Ca, George was born in Paris, Il. in 1928. He joined the United States Air Force at age 17, and proudly served his county for 20 years. George enjoyed travelling, he made it to all 50 states and many countries. It would be easier to list places he hasn't seen, then ones he did. He retired from the Air force in 1969, and settled in Fresno with his family. He was the owner of Georges' Furniture store for 15 years. George was preceded in death by Betty Cusick, his wife of 46 years. He is survived by his brother Phillip Cusick of Paris, IL; his sisters, Betty Clawson of Lakeside, Az, Mary Ellen Eastham of Paris, Il, and Dorothy Felgenhaver of Bremem, In, Helen and Larry Tone; his son Larry Cusick of Fresno, his daughter, Linda Cusick of Des Moines, Ia; grandchildren Marie Peet, Sarah Sanford, Neil and Ben Cusick; great grandchildren Elizabeth, Kylee, Kaleb, Shayla, and Ayden; and many nieces and nephews who thought he was the absolute best! Visitation will be held at Boice Funeral Home, on Pollasky in Clovis, Sunday, February 13, 2011, from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at the Clovis Cemetery, on Monday, February 14, 2011, at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers please send donations to American Legon Fedral Post 509, 3509 N.
