Born in St. Louis, MO to the late Denis Eugene and Helen Rita (Rebel) Hart, Kevin was one of five children. His career included coaching football and sales in the athletics industry. Kevin was an active member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Naples.

A lifelong avid sports fan, he loved football and enjoyed playing golf; never without some questionably helpful advice to his golfing buddies. His favorite times were spent with family and friends. Kevin was known for his ability to make a good time just happen; quick with a quip or a quote, he made people smile; he made people comfortable. He could make his children believe he was 'Superman.' He was always there to lend a hand; always appreciated by his many friends from seniors to the very young; he was grateful for all of them. And they will forever remember this smiling, kind and giving man.

Kevin will be dearly missed by all those whose lives he touched. They include his beloved wife, LeAnna Rae Hart; children, Garrett Anthony Christiansen and Courtney Rae Christiansen; sisters, Mary (Larry) Klein and Micky Clark; brothers, Denny Hart and John (Susan) Hart; and many nieces and nephews.

Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, March 30th, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. at Fuller Funeral Home, 1625 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL 34109. As Kevin would have said, 'Dress up<$>no way!'

The funeral Mass and final committal will be in Kansas City, MO.

I am so sorry for your family's loss. Kevin has been my friend for 33 years here in Florida. I just spoke with him in February and learned of his illness. It was by chance that I found about his passing. I am very sad that he is gone. Kevin was the nicest man I have ever met. Handsome, smart,healthy and the funniest guy. He was a good catholic and very respectful of everyone. Again, I am very sorry for your loss.

Losing a friend and teammate so young seems unfair and wrong but God has a plan and I trust in Him. I know this is a very difficult time for you LeAnna, Garrett, Courtney and all the Hart family. I have many memories of Kevin and was shocked to hear the news of his passing. Denny and I played Kevin in B-ball in our back yard for many years, Kevin always insisted since it was 2-1 that we play make it take it, and that he got the ball first, and we would play to 15. D & I lost 0-15 so many times to Kevin, he was a great athlete, able to shoot anywhere from the court. We grew up together and carpooled to Rockhurst. God bless the Hart family.
