Our amazing husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Milton Floyd Pearce, age 79, of Fresno, CA, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, April 2, 2018. He was a graduate of Roosevelt High School, Class of 1957, and a veteran of the United States Coast Guard. After leaving the service he worked in retail, including JC Penney's, and the last 31 years as the owner and operator of Margie's Hallmark, located in the Sunnyside area. He was loved by his many customers and employees. Milt's passions were sports, politics, and his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Dorothy; his sister, Billie Boyd Sabbatini; and brother, Monte Pearce. Milt is survived by his loving wife, Margie, of 58 years; sister, Phyllis Wages and her husband Jerry; and six children and spouses, Terry Pearce, Tom Pearce, Mike Pearce, David and Alicia Pearce, Mike and Debbie Villalobos, and Dan and Gina Pearce. He was blessed with eight grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren. A Celebration of Life will be held at New Hope Community Church on Saturday, April 14, 2018, at 11:00 a.m.

As a faithful customer for twenty years, I will always remember Mit and his courteous manner. It seemed he always wore a suit. One could never get very far down the aisle when Milt would come over to ask what were you looking for today? He'll always remain a special Sunnysider.
