Ned Burgess Obituary
Ned Burgess, Jr., 47, of Quincy, Florida transitioned from labor to reward Monday, January 20, 2025 at home in Quincy, Florida. Burgess, Jr., an Operating Partner at Founding/Managing Partner N8 Solutions, Inc. at Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Founder. At an early age, he joined New Bethel AME Church, Quincy, Florida. Ned Jr. was educated in the Gadsden County School System and graduated in 1996 from James A. Shanks High School. Ned Jr. attended Johnson C. Smith University and the University of North Carolina (UNC) in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Celebration of Life Services will be held 1 p.m., Saturday, February 1, 2025 at New Bethel AME Church in Quincy, Florida, with burial following at Byrd Cemetery.
He leaves to cherish his fond memories: one son Ned Burgess, III; one daughter India Ke'Mora Burgess; one Granddaughter Namaari; loving Mother, Angela Jenkins Burgess; three sisters, Shameka Burgess Hampton (Albert), Nedrika Burgess, and Trinity Burgess; One Aunt: Jeanette Roberts; Two Great Aunts: Archie Mae Carter and Earnestine Jenkins; and One Great Great Aunt Jerilyn Henry. One God Brother Jeffrey Jackson. Seven nieces, five nephews, a bonus nephew, A host of generational cousins, Easter Quincy Community, Class Mates and sorrowing friends.
