Emilio Rivera Obituary
Emilio was born in Aibonito, Puerto Rico. He moved to Alabama in 1983. He was a beloved father, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. He enjoyed life and celebrated it to its fullest. He loved spending time with family and friends listening to his music and telling stories.
His memory will be cherished by his daughter, Yoemi Rivera; his parents, Emilio and Gloria Rivera; brother, Ramon (Ivonne) Rivera; sister, Jackie Rivera Morgan; nieces, Ivonne, Franchesca, Karla and Christie; nephews, Phillip and Kevin; aunts, Nilda, Norma and Hulvia; and cousins and special friends, José Martinez, Ricardo Lebron and Jorge Sanchez.
Honorary pallbearers will be first cousins, Sanchez-Torres, Mu–oz-Torres, Diaz-Torres, Olmeda-Rivera and his countless closest friends.

Tan cerca y tan lejos que estuvimos el pasado verano...Pero ruego que hoy estes contemplando con una gran sonrisa el rostro de nuestro Señor....
