He leaves to cherish his precious memories his loving and devoted wife of 17 years, Karen Fife; three sons, four daughters, one stepson, two stepdaughters, two brothers, three sisters and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
The body will lie in repose one hour before the service.

My dear cousin Sam, thank you so very, very much for the legacy you left in this vast universe of time, distance, and space. Thank you for being a man that desired GOD's own heart and living your life like it was golden. Thank you for seeing the best in others by using the best in yourself to spread the message of Christ through your ministering and teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ. Pastor Sam you were more than my Pastor, my family, you was also my friend... I'm going to miss our talks and you checking to see if we was going to worship on Sunday morning... You was an amazing Pastor and you loved your family and church family... you touched so many people while doing what God called you to do!!!
