Dewey Walls Obituary
Gaffney, SC - Dewey Walls, 86, of 1187 South Green River Road, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025 at his residence.
Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Jeanette Revels Walls and the son of the late Jonah Walls and Rosa Lee Alexander Walls. He enjoyed farming, antique cars and being at home. Mr. Walls was retired from Timken and of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife, also surviving four daughters, Ashley Wilson (Leon) of Gaffney, Angela Copeland (Mitch) of Gaffney, Shelia Walls of Dallas, TX and Barbie Kempt (John) of Harrison Township, MI; two sisters, Martha Clary of Gaffney and Shirley Price of Cowpens; Seven grandchildren, Makayla
Satterwhite (Trent), Zach Pennington, Charles Copeland, Anna Humphries (Josh), John Kempt, James Kempt and Brooke Kempt; and three great-grandchildren. Mr. Walls was preceded in death by two sisters, Elizabeth Hall and JoAnn Greene.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
