Horace Jefferies Obituary
Horace' Bimbo' Jefferies, age 61 of 300 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street, Gaffney, S.C., peacefully transitioned Tuesday Morning, April 3, 2018 at the home. He was the son of the late Cedric Lee Jefferies and Ruby Victoria Proctor Jefferies. He is survived by one daughter, Mary Jefferies of Gaffney, SC., one son, Horace Jefferies Jr. of Jacksonville FL. Five sisters, Virginia Marshall, Daisey'Gloria' (Julian), Renee Sims (Gary), Carol Lipscomb, Bernadette Jefferies all of Gaffney, SC. One brother, Joe Jefferies of Lexington, NC. One reared in the home as a sister, LaQuanda Jefferies Love. Eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren
Funeral service will be held 3 p.m. Saturday April 7, 2018 at The Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. C.A. Wallace officiating. There will be a thirtyminute visitation 2:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. The body will lie-instate at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will be receiving friends at the residence.
