Jaclin was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Henry & Shirley Cannon, an aunt, Elizabeth (Beth) Berry, and a cousin, Cody Cummings.
The family will receive friends from 6- 8 p.m. on Friday, February 3 at Blakely Funeral Home in Gaffney, S.C. A celebration of Life Service will follow on Saturday, February 4 in the Blakely Funeral Home Chapel in Gaffney at 1 p.m., immediately followed by a graveside service and the releasing of doves at Frederick Memorial Gardens. Erik Less will be officiating.
