Miss Rosmaree P. Foster passed on Friday, November 25, 2022, in Spartanburg, SC. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Foster, Sr. of Gaffney, S.C.
Rosmaree was one of God's servants. Her gospel radio program inspired many people each Sunday morning from 8:30 - 9:30 a.m. Her faith in God allowed her to work feverishly at Dunton United Methodist Church. She was the church historian, lay member to the Annual Conference, communications coordinator, and financial secretary.
She was valedictorian of her class at Granard High School, a South Carolina State College graduate, teacher with a Master of Arts degree, and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.
Rosmaree was also well known for helping her family maintain the legacy of Foster Funeral Home.
She was preceded in death by: her brothers, Dr. Rufus (Mildred) Foster, Jr. and Mr. Ellington Foster; sister, Mrs. Felicia (James) Davis; brothers-in-law, Reverend Donald J. Daniels, Sr. and Mr. Elijah Inabinette; and nephew, James Foster Davis.
She is survived by: her brother, Dr. T. Littlejohn (Sandy) Foster of Charlotte, NC; sisters, Mrs. Madelyn F. Daniels of Chattanooga, TN, and Mrs. Gloria Inabinette of Gaffney, SC; sister-in-law, Mrs. Thelma Foster of Gaffney, SC; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral Services for Rosmaree P. Foster will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2022 at 12:00 noon at Bethel Baptist Church, 218 W. Drive L. M. Rosemond Lane, Gaffney, SC. Burial will be in the Oakland Cemetery.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the church.

Rosmaree and I taught together at Luther Vaughan Elementary school for several years. Many days, we stayed late to talk. She always showed interest in her students and fellow staff members and loved talking about her family. I know she will be missed.
