Vivian A. Greene, 79, of 146 Alexander Rd. Blacksburg, SC, died November 17, 2019, at home. She was the wife of Gene "Geno" Martin and daughter of the late Fred Waters and Novella Blackwell Waters. She attended Cherokee Falls Baptist Church and she loved to read, gardening, and most of all, her family. She was retired from the textile industry.
Left to cherish memory, in addition to her husband, one daughter - Darlene Wylie; four sons - Daryl Henry (Evie) of Rock Hill, SC, Christopher Henry and Eddie Henry, both of Gaffney, SC, and Michael Martin (Mary Jane) of Blacksburg, SC; three brothers - Charlie Waters of Gaffney, SC, Gene Waters of Inman, SC, and David Waters of California; and two sisters - Brenda Rutledge, of Inman, SC, and Linda Kay Orr, of Hickory Grove, SC; thirteen grandchildren; eleven greatgrandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 19, 2019 from 6- 8 p.m. at White Columns. Celebration Of Life Service will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2019, at 2 p.m., with Rev. Mike Owen and Rev. Tim Knotts officiating at White Columns. The family will be at 146 Alexander Rd., Blacksburg, SC.
