AC CARTER Obituary
Ac Carter, Sr., age 67, a former Power Plant Services Employee with the City of Gainesville, son of the late M.C. & Mildred Carter, 1968 Graduate of Lincoln High School, peacefully transitioned on Thursday, January 4, 2018, at Shands Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held 10:30AM Saturday, January 13, 2018, at Free Canaan United Methodist Church (Waldo, FL) with the Pastor (and his brother-in-law), Rev. Frankie Thomas, officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove Cemetery (Gainesville, FL). Mr. Carter will be viewed on Friday 2:00-7:00PM at the Funeral Home - And at the Church on Saturday with the Processional. The Procession will form at Mr. Carter's residence, 823 NW 6th Ave, Gainesville, at 9:15AM.
Mr. Carter is immediately survived by sons - Ac Carter, Jr. (& Tyrell) and Dedric Carter; daughters - Chiquita Carter, Chandra Carter, and Jasmine Carter; 11 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters & brothers; nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
