Alice Roundtree Obituary
" Her Lord and Savior whispered to her come now, my good and faithful servant, to the place I have prepared for you."
Alice Ruth Roundtree passed away October 20, 2010, in her home with her family in Springfield, Mo. Alice was born to Walter and Louise Bragg, June 20, 1929, in McMinnville, Tenn.
Alice is survived by her husband, Robert E. Roundtree, Sr., of Springfield; her sister, Margie Philpot (Laurie); her brother, Jim Bragg (Linda); and her four sons, Philip Horn (Rhonda), Terry Horn (Alice), Greg Horn (Jeannie), and Jeff Horn (Elaine). She was the loving and beloved grandmother of Lia, Bradley (Shannon), Dallas, Brooke, and Jordan Horn, and Julie Numer (Dominic). Alice was also a great-grandmother.
Alice's family will be forever grateful to Dr. Norman Knowlton; Cox Hospital; Hospice Compassus; her faithful caregivers, Cindy Kimell; Lisa Vilord; Barbara Driver; and other friends for their loving care and many acts of kindness over the years.
Funeral Services will be private and her family respectfully requests no flowers or memorials and that Alice simply be remembered as the beautiful and gracious lady that she was.

We are the parents of Jim Bragg's Linda. They spoke so happily of Jim's family and sister Alice and the fun they all had and the trouble they hid from their parents, as all kids do! It was not our privilege to personally know Alice, but we love and respect Jim so much, we know what a wonderful family he came from.
Lord, keep Alice in your loving hands.
