There is no right way to grieve. Follow your heart, feel how you feel, and know that so many people are sending you strength and wishing you peace.

I met in Caleb I believe in 98 or 99. I worked at red lobster in San Diego and he came in with the Hot Water guys for all you can eat crab legs. I followed them to their show with AFI and watched from the mercy booth with the Jejune crew and Caleb. As many do, I felt I knew him my whole life and we were fast friends. We had a lot of hard times together after I moved to Gainesville but he was always one of my favorite song writers. Altruist is my favorite. His arms were always open wide, he was really funny! He never judged me harshly for silly things and I will miss him incredibly. My heart breaks for his friends and family and everyone who feeling the loss. So grateful for some of my favorite songs he left to fill some of the void. Love you Caleb. Good luck getting diablo off your lap!

One of the greatest people i have met in the Gainesville Music community. Always strived for loyalty and honor amongst friends and music. I talked to him in his last months, always being positive. I truly miss you, my dear friend.
