CARLTON ANTON, 34
Carlton A. Powell of Gainesville, FL passed away July 28, 2018 following a brief illness. He was a 2002 graduate of Buchholz High School and manager at Jason Deli. He leaves behind a loving wife, Yashira Powell; four children, Amiyah, Ayden and Alayna Powell, Arianna Hampton; Parents, Robert and Nadine Powell; grandmother, Almetta Thompkins; a brother, Robert Powell Jr.; a sister, Rechelle Powell; and host of other relatives and friends.
Celebration of Life Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Gordon Chapel Community Church, Hawthorne, FL, Rev. Albert Mann is Pastor, Rev. Derrick Mercer is Eulogist. Burial will be in Gordon Chapel Cemetery. Viewing hours Friday 4 p.m. - 7 p.m. at Pinkney-Smith Funeral Home of Hawthorne and Saturday at the church 1:30 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. No viewing after eulogy. Family will meet 1:15 p.m. at Pinkney-Smith Funeral Home of Hawthorne to form the cortege.
