Cassie Cason Jones

JONES, CASSIE CASON, 85 Lake Butler - Cassie Cason Jones, age 85, went home to be with the Lord Sunday morning May 13, 2007 at E. T. York Haven Hospice in Gainesville after an extended illness. She was a life long resident of Union County. She was the daughter of the late Warren C. "Dude " Cason and Nolie Addison Cason. She was preceded in death by her siblings; Carlos; Amelia, Beatrice; Percy; Kay; Oklee and Mildred. She was a homemaker and a care giver. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Raiford. She is survived by 3 Daughters: Martha Capallia and her husband Ron of Gainesville; Mary Thomas and husband Danny; and Kathy Jo Clemons and husband Wayne of Lake Butler. Grandsons: Mark Thomas and wife Charity of Lake Butler; Derick Thomas and wife Christy of Lake City; Mat Denson and wife Julie; Wayne Clemons and wife Ashley; and Kriss Clemons and great granddaughters: Kelly Denson; McKenzie Clemons and Abigail Thomas all of Lake Butler. Funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 10:30 A. M. in the First Baptist Church of Raiford, with Rev. Knute Coleman officiating. Burial will follow in Sapp Cemetery under the care of ARCHER FUNERAL HOME OF LAKE BUTLER. Family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. Tuesday evening.
