CATHERINE CURRY Obituary

CURRY, CATHERINE S.

Catherine Sarah Curry was granted her angel wings on May 20, 2011. Her final days were spent surrounded by her family that Catherine had touched in so many ways in her very memorable life.

She was born June 11, 1938 in Gulf Hammock, Fl. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and sister. She lived a wonderful full life and was loved by so many.

She is survived by her daughter, Myrtle Davis; Grandaughters, Kimberly Smith and Nicole Davis; Grandsons, Derek Smith and Skip Davis; sisters Weda Poston and Gwen Wagoner; brothers Loyid Albritton, Ellis Albritton, and EJ Albritton. Also 6 great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband Donald Curry, her parents Elmer and Nora Albritton, a sister Lillie Mae Watson and brother Clifford Albritton.

Services will be at Heirs Baxley Funeral Home in Chiefland, Florida. Sunday May 22, 2011 with visitation at 10:00 am and the funeral service at 11:00 am.

Dear Family, I am sorry for your loss. I am not sure if I remember her. But I do remember going to school in Otter Creek in 1949-50 with Clifford Albritton. We called him "Pappy". If anyone remembers/was there please contact me. I woud like to hear about those "good old days".
