MARCIA WILLIAMS Obituary
Gainesville - Mrs. Marcia M. Williams, age 61, passed away July 28, 2013 at Shands Hospital at the University of Florida. Mrs. Williams was a graduate of Lincoln High School, class of 1970, and Job Corp; she returned to Gainesville from Waynesville, GA, three years ago.
She is survived by her children, David L. Jones, Jr. (Jasmine), Coleman, FL, Simeon Demps, D'Angelo L. Clayton, Giraldo O. Thomas, Kanika Demps, all of Gainesville, FL; siblings, Ronald Crowell (Ann) Nedra Price-Crowell, both of Gainesville, FL; seventeen grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
Funeral Services for Mrs. Williams will be held, 11:00am, Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church, Gainesville, FL, Rev. N. Lamont Newsome, Pastor, Pastor Kenneth Dupree officiating; burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Gainesville, FL. Arrangements entrusted to Chestnut Funeral Home, Inc., 18 N.W. 8th Avenue, Gainesville, FL.
Visitation-Chestnut Memorial Chapel, Friday August 9, 2013 from 2:00pm until 7:00pm and on Saturday at the Church from 10:00am until the hour of service. Family and friends are asked to meet at the family home, 4626 N.W. 34th St., Gainesville, FL, at 10:15am.

To the family of Marcia, God will wipe away your tears and give you joy. In a time like this there just isn't words to say, i do know God is able to strengthen your hearts. Your mother and grandmother had been friends of our family for years. We are praying that God keeps His loving arms around each of you. Only time and memories will heal your hearts. Hold dear and cherish each memory of your mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. God bless and keep you.

To my family we only have a few love ones on earth,we all need a hug right now cause we have lost a friend.mother,cousin.grandmother. A good leader has a plan.Jesus had one. What is yours?
