MARY HAM Obituary
Mary Lou Ham, 88, went to be with her Lord on April 4, 2014. Born in Ojus, Florida (Miami/Dade), Mary Lou grew up on a farm near Plant City with four brothers and three sisters, where she learned the values of hard work, frugality, and discipline. Married in 1946, she was a loving homemaker, helped to manage Ham's Pharmacy in St. Petersburg, and worked as a school crossing guard. She loved her God, her family, and baseball (she was an avid Rays fan).
She is survived by her son Alfred Ham (Jana) and daughter Shirley Gamble (Roger), three grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Northside Baptist Church in St. Petersburg or the SPCA. Condolences may be sent online
