Richard Inks Obituary
Richard Ralph Inks, 68, passed away on February 5, 2008 at North Florida Regional Medical Center.
Born in Freemont, Ohio, he moved to Gainesville from Miami, FL in 1981. He was the owner/operator of Richard Inks Plastering Corporation in Gainesville. He was a member of Family Church and was an avid fisherman.
He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Barbara Inks; two daughters, Sheri Inks of Gainesville and Cynthia Cangelosi of St. Augustine, FL; a brother, Dean Inks of Ft. White, FL; two sisters, Jean Batch of California and Arlene Wertis of Texas; and four grandchildren, Jordan, Justin, Elias, and Jillienne.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2008 at 12:00 noon at Family Church, 2022 SW 122nd Street. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Children's Miracle Network @ Shands Children's Hospital, P.O. Box 100386, Gainesville, FL 32610-0386.

We just learned of Richard's passing and want to express our deep sympathy to you. I enjoyed his candor when we had occasion to speak. He was a source of advice and common sense to me and I had hoped to learn more from him. May the Lord comfort you as only He can knowing that Richard is now safe in His arms.
