ROBERT LEE
Mr. Robert Lee Dentmond, Jr., age 16, passed away March 20, 2016 in Gainesville, FL. Robert was a student of Gainesville High School, and was attending Spirit of Faith Church.
He is survived by his Guardian; Jennifer Appel, Gainesville, FL; mother, Kathy Brown, Ocala, FL; father, Robert L. Dentmond, Sr., Jackson, MI; paternal grandmother; Alberta Wilson, Jackson, MI, maternal grandmother; Joanne Horstey, Gainesville, FL; siblings, Malichia White, Kamarion Appel, Dejon Appel, Javion Appel, Breeannia Johnson, all of Gainesville, FL, Rashiem Dentmond, Kanayaah Johnson, both of Jackson, MI.
Funeral Services for Robert will be held, 2:30pm, Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Ignite Life Center, 404 N.W. 14th Avenue, Gainesville, FL. Arrangements entrusted to Chestnut Funeral Home, Inc., 18 N.W. 8th Avenue, Gainesville, FL, 32601.
Mr. Dentmond will repose in the Chestnut Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, March 30, 2016 from 2:00pm until 7:00pm, and at the Church on Thursday from 1:30pm until the hour of Service. Family and friends are asked to meet on Thursday at the Church.

My heartfelt sympathies to the family during this difficult time. The sting of death brings grief that is difficult to bear, especially when it is unexpected and at such a young age. May you find comfort in the promise at 1 Thessalonians 4:14. Knowing there is a hope for the ones we have lost in death is so reassuring.
