Tina Lewis Obituary
Born May 13, 1951 in Clearfield she was the daughter of Joseph and Agnes (Dallen) Gavlock. She was employed as a Care Nurse for numerous years. She previously attended Victory Baptist and Community Baptist Churches.
She is survived by 3 children Brenda Lewis, Michelle Lewis, and James E. Lewis Jr. (Tabatha) all of Clearfield. 9 grandchildren Alicia Hubler, Allison Hubler, Shana Van Steenburg, Kayden Van Steenburg, Jordan Van Steenburg, Brett Fye Jr., Riley Lewis, Savannah Lewis, Joe Hoffman. 4 great grandchildren. A brother Martin Gavlock (Tina) of Clearfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents, and numerous brothers and sisters.
At the request of Mrs. Lewis there will be no public services.

Tina and I go way back, she was my sister in law and later in life My dearest friend You will be missed. I'm sure Bubba Joe, Connie, Joe, Mick, Andy and Angela are all happy to see you..
