H.S. Keeter Obituary
Born in Cleveland County on March 17, 1926, he was the son of the late Hoyt Simpson and Dorothy Bridges Keeter Sr.
Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2016, in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church.
The family will receive friends following the service.
Burial will be held at Elizabeth Baptist Church.
Cecil M Burton Funeral Home and Crematory is serving the family of Mr. Keeter.

Sandra, Deanne, Billie, Millie and families,
So sad and sorry to read of your loss. May God bless, comfort and be with each of you during this difficult time.
I feel so blessed to have known H.S. all my life. I have great memories of the years our family spent Christmas Day at his or Aunt Dorothy's home when I was growing up.
H.S. uncle, "Aldo" as he called him, short for "Alvah" would say, Shelby has lost a special and treasured gentleman.

My condolences to and prayers for Sandra and all of H.S. family. He always had a kind word and friendly conversation for me when I visited the dealership. Great memories. Especially that photo I took of H.S. and little Madison that became the centerpiece of Keeter Ford advertising. Very special. And, a special man. Bless you all.
