Mike Friday Obituary
He was born in Gaston County on August 17, 1947 to the late Earl Ervin Friday Sr. and Ocie Ezelee Spake Friday.
Mike was a 1965 graduate of Dallas High School. He had worked at Public Service and W.A. Warehouse and late retired from Gaston County Park and Recreation. Mike was a U.S. Army veteran.
Left to cherish his memories includes his son, Shannon Jason Friday; brother and sister-in-law, Earl Erving Friday Jr. and wife Janice; nephew, Earl Ervin "Butch" Friday III and wife Lisa Womble Friday, niece, Angie Friday Houser and husband Stacy; three great nieces and nephews
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26 at Gaston Memorial Park Veterans Section.

Earl, I am so sorry that Mike has passed. We had some great times together growing up. I hope that arrangements that are made later will give us the opportunity to gather and talk and see old friends. Mike will be missed. Praying for you and your family that God will grant you peace that only HE can give.
