It’s been a long time since I have seen or talked to you.it was hard hearing about your passing. I grew up with you and have nothing but the best childhood memories with you and my dad. You were like another father to me. Introduced me to so many things I still enjoy. I will never forget the music and I will never forget our adventures. You were a huge part of my life and I’m honored to have known you. I love you Scott.

Scott was one of my very best friends back in the 90s. I met him at Sound Advice and we clicked despite being near polar opposites. Somehow he, with his Shelby golden lions , beer and bbq, and love of 80's hair metal was a perfect fit for me as a straight-edge skateboarder who listened to mostly thrash metal. We bonded over our mutual love of music and speakers and the stereo systems we enjoyed. I'll never forget our trip to the Beacon in SC. I can still hear his booming clear voice ordering a Chili cheese a' plenty. I wish I could shake his hand one more time and tell him how good of a friend he was to me and how I loved him like a brother. I hope peace for Mitch his brother and the rest of his family. Rest easy buddy , you were loved more than you could have known.

I was so sad to read of Scott’s passing today. I worked with him at Kemet for many years and have very fond memories of our time there. My favorite memory will always be me being from Burns (Bulldogs) and him being a avid Shelby (Golden Lions) fan. The rivalry was real. I’ll always think of you when I pass Shelby High my friend. Rest In Peace ❤
