Tia Moore Obituary
A native of Mecklenburg County, she was the daughter of Bobby Don Moore and Paula McLean Moore.
A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Friday at Macedonia Baptist Church in Mount Holly.
Burial will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1 p.m. at the church.
Costner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

I just heard about your daughter's passing last Sat. Paula, I remembered you told me about Tia when we were in the restroom at Mama's homegoing service in Oct.

I was so sorry to hear about Tia. You all are so blessed to have had the privilege of really knowing one of God's special children. When you look at how you rasied her and the strength she obtained from her journey - those come from you. Paula, I have always looked at you as one of the "good" people with amazing skills so, take care of your family and let them take care of you - God has taken care of Tia. I love you.

The Moore family,

Tia and I went to high school together. I had a gym class with her one time and we laughed and had the best time in that class. I can definitely say that she was one of the sweetest people that anyone could ever know. She was definitely a true "angel on earth" as some would say. I will continue to pray for comfort and peace for The Moore Family during this difficult time. Just remember that God knows best and he definitely does not make any mistakes.
