William Crouch Obituary
He was born Dec. 31, 1926, in St. Louis, Mo., to the late Victor L. and Ophelia Detchmandy Crouch.
William served in the United States Navy from 1944-1946 during World War II.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 30, 2011, at the family home.
Interment will be private.
Survivors include his wife, Kathleen O'Connell Crouch; sons, Dr. William M. Crouch and wife Barbara of Elon, NC, Dr. Robert D.Crouch and wife Jimee of Bessemer City, Dr. James A. Crouch and Kathy of Metarie, Louisiana; daughter, Peggy Crouch Liddle and husband Jeffrey of Lake Wylie, SC; grandchildren, Kelly Crouch, Dr. Abby Crouch Blowe and husband Jonathan, James Crouch, Jr. and wife Michelle, Elizabeth Crouch, Kristina Crouch; great-grandchild, Jordan Crouch.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Victor Crouch.
Memorials may be made to Mary Queen of Apostles, 503 N. Main Street, Belmont, NC 28012 or American Cancer Society, Charlotte Chapter, 600 Fairview Road, Suite 200, Charlotte, NC 28210.
