I'm so sorry to read of Jim's passing. We were best friends in Jr. High. Some of my fondest childhood memories were hanging out with "Flem", "Byrnesy" (Steve), and Lynchy (Ned). Jim was a smart, witty, and fun guy and a great friend. I wish we had stayed in better touch after I moved away.

Jim Fleming was an excellent dude. He was always friendly towards us. Although Jim was several years older than me, he always had a smile and a friendly word. He will be missed and may he rest in peace in Heaven.

Kate, Jim (always Jamie to the Johnson clan), was a fine, gentle man, so much like his father Uncle James, whom I remember so well. We spent much time together when he and brothers and sister were just kids growing up in Holyoke. Fond, lasting memories. My condolences and prayers.
