I worked with Mary "K" for many years at the DPW. It was always fun to see her after her retirement when she attended various DPW parties and get togethers. It was a pleasure to have known you Mary.

Dear Mary,
Although we have never met, I was touched reading your obituary, you were a warrior and survivor. I see you as an early pioneer in the women’s movement; with the tragic loss of your husband, giving birth to twins, becoming a single parent, forging ahead, raising your children while actively working, such courage and strength. May your story be an example to others, your earthly journey has been a blessed and admired one. May you Rest In Peace.
