I was so saddened to learn of Tim's passing. Tim and I worked closely together for many years at HP, and although we had drifted apart since my retirement, I remember and greatly value his friendship and professional association. We shared many frustrating hours working on print quality testing and other machine vision applications as well as some very interesting business trips. He was a valued technical resource to myself and many others, and he will be greatly missed. Rest easy, my friend.

Same smile, all these years later. I met Tim at our parents printing company, in Needham, where he worked during high school. He became fast friends with my older brother Glen and older sister Carol, friendships that lasted 50 years. Needham was a small town, his parents knew our parents and vice versa, and Tim and Rosemarie were welcome visitors over the years at our parents' lake house. There was always laughter. Our Dad had a nickname for Tim's presence, the 'Hubley bubbly' effect.
Thank you Pamela for bringing such joy to Tim's life.
Tim will be remembered among the Fowlers, always.

I knew Tim for just a short time but considered him a good friend. He was an active member of the Corvallis Rotary Club and that's where we met. Tim was kind, compassionate, and had a wonderful sense of humor. I miss his smile. Taken too soon, RIP dear friend.
