Henry Waelchli Obituary
Age 95, of Janesville, formerly of Monticello, died Monday, May 19, 2025 at Oak Park Place in Janesville. He worked at General Motors before for over 25 years before retiring in 1988.
Henry is survived by his wife of 70 years, Darlene Waelchli of Janesville; their children, James (Mary) Waelchli of Kronenwetter, WI, David (Linda) Waelchli of Janesville, Mary Jo (Andrew Leu) Waelchli of McLean, VA; daughter-in-law, Melanie Waelchli of OK; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m., at Zwingli United Church of Christ, 416 E. Lake Avenue, Monticello. Visitation will precede the service beginning at 10:00 a.m. Memorials are suggested in Henry's name to Alzheimer's Association or the charity of one's choice. Condolences may be shared at www.newcomerfuneralhome.net
Henry's family would like to thank the care givers at Aster Assisted Living and Oak Park Place for their wonderful care.
