Joe Kislowski Obituary

Joe Kaye (Kislowski) of Glens Falls, N.Y. passed away on February 19th at Glens Falls Hospital after a short illness. He was 72 years old.

Joe grew up in Burnt Hills, New York and received his Bachelor's degree from Syracuse University in communications and photography. He then moved to New York City where he worked in advertising and modeling. He later returned home to help start Pro-Fast Photo in Queensbury. Joe spent most of his life photographing Lake George and selling his photos from Laminate and Frame in Glens Falls.

He is survived by his three sisters, Karen Miller of Queensbury, Doreen Spoor of Rochester NY and Jane Harding of Clifton Park, along with many other nieces and nephews.

A special thank you to Glens Falls Hospital for the excellent and compassionate care he received in the ER, ICU, CCU, and T2. It was greatly appreciated. No calling hours are planned per Joe's request.

Very sad to hear of Joe Kaye passing away. I had the great honor of meeting him once. I admired his beautiful photography and told him so. Rest in Peace Joe. Thank you for the many gorgeous images of Lake George.
