I got to know Kevin when he worked as a sales person at Schukei Chevrolet. I liked him right away because of his smile and his friendly disposition. He always said good morning, have a great day, and would lend a hand whenever it was needed. My sincere condolences to his family and friends.

Kevin will be greatly missed by my family. When I was deployed to Iraq in 2003-2004 and my wife Denise suffered a serious illness, Kevin stepped up to help her keep the sidewalks free of snow and ice. After my stepfather passed away, Kevin helped my mother stay in her home and independent longer than she possibly could have on her own. When she couldn't manage that even with assistance, he helped her move to a new home with less demands on her; then helped her move again to assisted living when that became too demanding. He was there to lend a hand to my mother all the times that I couldn't do so from North Carolina. He was there as a mentor and source of sound advice for my son as a young adult starting his first serious job at Woodharbor. Kevin was one of the finest people I have ever had the privilege of knowing; the community has lost one of it's best citizens with his passing. Denise and I extend our deepest condolences to his family.
