Paul Beverly
March 28, 1950-February 22, 2024
OMAHA-Paul Beverly, age 73 of Omaha, passed away on February 22, 2024 after a courageous nine month battle with pancreatic cancer.
Paul was known as 'one of the good guys' by friends, family and co-workers and never met anyone he couldn't carry on a conversation with. He enjoyed working in the yard, reading, traveling and fishing in his retirement with his son and family. A very proud Grandpa always there to cheer on his grandchildren like he did with his Iowa Hawkeyes. Memories of Paul will be forever cherished by his family and friends.
Paul is survived by his loving wife, Diane; children, Brian Beverly, Melissa (Jason) Brannen, grandchildren, Maya and Nolan Brannen; brother, Thomas (Karen) Beverly; mother-in-law, Margaret Jost; nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Preceded in death by parents, Grant and Velma Beverly; father-in-law, Dean Jost.
Celebration of Life services for Paul are currently pending.
Sponsored by John A. Gentleman Mortuaries - Pacific Street Chapel.

Paul was my best friend in high school in Mason City. We played trombone together in the band. We often got in trouble together on band gigs. Paul was very self deprecating because of his curly hair. My mother thought he was the most courteous os all my friends. Sorry we lost touch after I left Iowa. I´m sure his family appreciates what a great guy he was. Rest in peace Paul.

So very sorry to hear of Paul's passing. We thought a great deal if Paul first knew him as my boss at Diamond Vogel and then as a friend. Our hearts go out to you Diane and all the family. God be with you. Nancy and Mike Kelsey
