To my uncle thats not to much older than me! I will miss u! I have only good memories as kids. Running around acting crazy and picking 4 leaf clovers. Best part is slidding down the stairs in boxes. Sad that we lived so far apart as we got older but u will always b in my heart! Love u and RIP

Just heard about Chris's passing and I am deeply saddened by the news. It's not often that someone you've known primarily on the internet can have such an effect on you. I hope Chris' family knows how well respected he was amongst the audio/technology community and just how much knowledge he had on the subject. I spent many nights picking Chris's brain about the science and technology behind audio. He was definitely a character--he had strong opinions and he never held himself back when there was something he believed in, or just when there was something he wanted to say. I thought that was the greatest thing about Chris. He had such a strong personality that it even shined through the medium of text on the internet. He was also quick to scold me when I went against his advice, but I could tell that it was always coming from a good place. He was happy to educate me about anything I could think of to ask him. I wish that I could have known him better as a person. Please accept my heartfelt condolences on the loss of your loved one, and may you take comfort in knowing that he was able to achieve so much in the time he had, fulfilling his quest to achieve a mastery in the field that he was so passionate about. Rest in Peace Chris, You'll be missed.

Uncle Chris, I wish we could have known each other better as adults, but I do remember you and will always remember you. I remember how you use to love experimenting with weird foods, and you thought it was so funny. You always tried to get people to try your food. =) I really, really, wish I could have been with our family during your memorial. It hurt that I was not there, but I know I will see you again one day! I love you, and may you rest in peace better now than ever before. Shalom =)
Love Always,
Amber
