I remember Robert as far back as 1970 when he had the Upper Room on North Main st. Use to go there all time as a teen. Great man of God.

To Mr. Lea's family-
We are all very sad to hear about Mr. Lea. We all knew him and liked him. I was his long term sub back at Bonner. He was so very dedicated to his students and kept in touch with me all during his illness. Both my daughters have fond memories of him, Valerie at Bonner and Mary at Galileo. We will keep you all in our thoughts and prayers. God Bless you and give you peace.

Robi was the most gentle man I have ever known. I have used him as an example many times over many years when describing what a man of God should look like. He baptized me many years ago. Too young to leave this earth, friends, and family, but never too young to be with our Lord. Rest in Peace kind sir.

I am remembering Robi as he conducted Keith's and my wedding ceremony way back in 1987. He was our pastor for many years following where I learned so much about living a devoted Christian life and enjoyed wonderful worship. He baptized me in the swimming pool at Ringgold Christian Fellowship. So many key events of my life were shared with Robi Lea.
