Mike and Family,
Matt and I send our heartfelt sympathies to you. Having experienced this same tragedy, the loss of a child, we sincerely understand the sorrow, pain and anguish you are feeling. If words could make sense at this time, we would be full of wisdom, but we are not. We are only able to let you know we hurt with you. It is hard to outlive our children.
Hopefully you can find peace in knowing there will be no more suffering for James. We pray you receive the strength and endurance to face the coming days. It has been six years, this Feb. 26th that our beloved Kaci was taken from us. In so many ways, it seems like years but in reality her memory is everywhere so our time apart seems so short.
Hold strong to the wonderful memories you have of James and allow others to help you in any way they can.

I am so saddened and sorry for the tragic loss of James. His memories, legacy and that smile will never be lost. He always made me smile if not laugh out loud. James will be missed by so many as he was loved by so many. I am sorry that I could not be there but I know you understand why. It comforts me to know that James was praying for Chase. My second family, I will always remember the vacations we all went on. The times at the river, and the countless hours of work me and James did around the house. We got to go on family vacations with yall and my entire family is grateful to have been honored with the opportunity to be surrounded by such amazing people in such beautiful places.
