Roy & Cathy, my condolences to you and your family I started my career at Mountain Bell in 1973, Doris was one of the supervisors, she was classy, what I learned from the supervisors has kept me employed for the last 36 years. The operators from that time were all fun and tough. I'm glad I got to work with her. Clara Cichosz, Centennial, CO

Funny, I was just telling a former operator yesterday a story on Mrs. Connolly. I was one of the first male operators hired on in the early 70s and she was very instrumental in starting me out in my career. I always remember her very fondly and wish her family the best.

Roy and Family,
I had the pleasure of starting my career out as an operator at Mountain Bell in 1974 and Doris was my boss. I was a Sr. in high school when I started but it didn't matter to Doris. She treated me like I was one of her own. She treated everyone that way. She was a tremendous supervisor, a great role model for me. I used to see her on the golf course and she definately was passionate about her game.
My thoughts are prayers with you all.
