I miss you, Buck. But you left an indelible impression on my being, the very first time we met, so I know you'll always be around.
My thoughts are with you, JoAnn.

Dear JoAnn....as you must know, we are all so crushed at the passing of Buck....he was larger than life, lived exactly as he wanted, had a brilliant mind, told the wildest stories and was the dearest, most irreverent friend. I am so glad we got to meet and get to know each other a tiny bit. You are beyond wonderful human being for loving and taking such good care of our boy. We will miss him forever..but every time I hear a tasty blues lick or a particularly fine drum roll or drive by a funky bar or chance upon a pristine river I will think of Buck and know he was so well loved. What more can we ask for in life?

Time will pass and lives will carry on but know he and you will be in my heart forever.

With love & deep appreciation
