Jerry Stubbs Obituary
Conrad —Jerald Dean "Jerry" Stubbs, 70, died peacefully at his home on June 9, 2014. He was born to Dale and Elaine Stubbs in Kearney, NE on January 9, 1944. He entered the military at age 17. Jerry was stationed in Germany and served in Viet-Nam under 11th Cavalry until honorably discharged in 1967. On December 2, 1967 he married Carole Elaine Stark. They had three children, J.D. of Shelby, Tyler (Robin) of Shelby, and Brenda (Leve) of Chinook. In 1976, they moved to Montana where he had visited as a young child and always wanted to live. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with family. Jerry was an awesome mechanic and worked at Courtesy Ford from 1980 until retiring in 2006.
Survivors include his wife of 46 years, his children, grandchildren, Shane, Kelsey, Brianna, Bailey, Brogan, Saraya, and Payton; sisters, Doris and Donna both of Nebraska; and several uncles, aunts, and nephews.
She is preceded in death by parents, Dale and Elaine Stubbs.
Graveside services will be Thurs, June 12, at 11am at Hillside Cemetery.
