Lael, Daniel "Dan"

Daniel "Dan" Lael, 45, Oneida, passed away unexpectedly, Tuesday, February 19, 2013. He was born on May 1, 1967, to Shirley Stringfellow and Edward Lael.

Dan worked at Bay Shipbuilding for nine years. He was a friend and co-worker to many. Dan enjoyed times spent with family and friends, motocross, ATVing, barbequing, and fishing.

Dan was the loving husband of Joanne Lael. He is further survived by his mother, Shirley Stringfellow; two brothers, Robert (Tina) Lael, Steven (Tanya) Lael; many nieces and nephews; and his faithful companion, his pug, Ozzy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Edward Lael.

Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday (today). The Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Saturday (today) at the funeral home with Rev. David Hatch officiating. To send online condolences, please go to www.BlaneyFuneralHome.com.

Dan's family and friends would like to extend a special thank you to the attendants at Kwik Trip, Brown County Police, Aurora Hospital, and the paramedics who assisted Dan.
