Michael Pyatt Obituary
Mikes earthly body wore out on Sunday, November 8, 2015. He was born on March 24, 1939 in Antigo, WI the son of the late Herbert and Nelda Pyatt. He graduated from Elcho High School in 1957 and moved to Green Bay in 1959. Mike served in the U.S. Army for 2 years. On October 17, 1964 he married Sharon Kropp at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Green Bay. Mike loved to be able to work outdoors, he trimmed trees for the Power Company until his health wouldn't allow it. Mike enjoyed being up-north and getting together with family one, two and three generations coming together for fun and stories. Mike and Sharon enjoyed winter and summer fishing and going to Casinos. Mike loved to go deer hunting with family and taking road trips around the USA with our dear friends Judy and Bill. For over 20 years, we enjoyed bowling on a couples league, especially the beer frames, with some very fun friends. He enjoyed working with Community Services for years and is proud to be a member of North East WI Labor Retiree Club. He was a proud Union Member of 2150. Mike was also a member of the American Legion Sullivan-Wallen Post #11.
Mike is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Sharon, son Todd (Lynn) and their children Sean, Sam, Ryan, son Lee and his children Brittany (Carlos) Ryleigh and Elizabeth, one great-granddaughter Averi, one brother Pat Pyatt, brother-in-law Frank Sagan, Earl Dobrinska, sisters-in-law Betty Pyatt, Chris Pyatt. He is further survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his in-laws Fred and Irene Kropp, one son Mark, one brother Herb, three sisters June, Bev and Mary, brothers-in-law Robert Miller, Gerald Kropp and Larry Kropp.
Gathering of family and friends will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. on Friday November 13, 2015 at Saint Bernard Catholic Church 2040 Hillside Lane. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12:00 P.M. with Rev. Robert Rank officiating. Burial at Kempster Lakeside Cemetery.

From the first time Todd introduced me to Mike thirty some years ago he made me feel welcome and part of the clan. I will miss his smile, laugh, and stories. Mike was one of the great ones.

Mike's legacy is measured in those he leaves behind. Mike would be proud of his family and all those lives he touched. He will be missed, but the memories and his legacy will live on.
