Words may escape me right now but the good memories don't. I'm terribly sorry to have missed thanking Bob (and Kathy) for many good times and many adventures in Marquette. He really had fun with music too. Me and others never stop laughing about hearing Smoke on the Water with Bob singing the vocals in baritone...

Bob was so good at relieving other's suffering it's with respect and love I say goodbye to Bob and bless his family.

Kathy, Sean, and Megan,
I am so sorry about Bob's (Mongo) passing. Mongo fought hard until the very end. I am just glad that I was able to speak to him shortly before he passed, with his last words to me being "I love you brotha".
I have many memories of Mongo as a friend and Delta Chi fraternity brother at Northern Michigan University, including your beautiful 1996 Marquette, Michigan wedding and your trips to Las Vegas where a good time was always had. I will miss Mongo's good nature and his "always up for a good time" mentality. It seems like yesterday that Mongo and I were consuming shots of Hot Damn, and he was making everyone laugh with his spot on Macho Man Savage impersonations.
May your family find comfort in your many memories of Bob as a husband and father, and may your family be guided by his spirit.
Please take care of yourselves.

Kathy, Sean, and Megan,
I am so sorry for your loss. I know Bob (Mongo) was fighting hard until the end. I am just glad that I was able to speak to him right before he passed and will never forget his last words to me of "I love you brother."
I have many fond memories of Mongo as a friend and Delta Chi fraternity brother of mine at Northern Michigan University, including his wedding day back in 1996 to his beautiful wife Kathy and the times that him and Kathy visited me in Las Vegas. I will always remember Mongo for his good nature and "always up for a good time" mentality with his consumption of Hot Damn shots and his many Macho Man Savage impersonations. I will miss him dearly.
May your family always be comforted by your many memories of Mongo and guided by his spirit.
