MADRID, Spain — Paul Miller Trottman, age 93, of Madrid, Spain, passed away on November 26, 2021. He was born and raised in Coshocton, Ohio, graduating from Coshocton High School in 1946 and graduated from Miami University in 1952. He then earned his Ph.D in French from the University of Georgia in Athens Georgia. Paul is preceded in death by his wife, Jeanne Nichols Trottman and his mother, Sara Miller Trottman; grandparents, Clay and Minnetta Miller and John L. and Carrie Trottman. Paul is survived by his brothers, John and Alan Trottman and sisters Mary Shipley and Carol Trottman; nephew, David (Jayme) Shipley and family; niece Sara (Dave) Shipley-Dolan. Cremation took place in Madrid, Spain. Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home is serving the family.
