Leonard "Buzz" Ricker, 71, of Chuckey, passed away Tuesday at Johnson City Medical Center.
He is survived by his wife: Florence Moore Ricker; two sons and daughters-in-law: Scott and Hannah Ricker of Chuckey, and Anthony and Hannah Ricker of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; four grandchildren: Michael and Katie Ricker, Dylan Ricker and his fiancée, Chelsey Luttrell, Sophie Ricker, and Rebekah Ricker; one great-grandchild: Lucas Ricker; one sister and brother-in-law: Shirley and Jerry Smith of Mt. Carmel; a sister-in-law: Dorothy Ricker of Greeneville; a special nephew: Johnny Devoti; several other nieces and nephews; and special friends: Jamie and Maria Clowers, and Jeff and Nellie Hill.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Joe and Nona Ricker; a brother: Bobby Ricker; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law: LeRoy and Gladys Moore.
The family will receive friends from noon until 3 p.m. Saturday at Jeffers Funeral & Cremation Services, Afton chapel. The funeral service will follow at 3 p.m. in Jeffers Afton Chapel with Johnny Mitchell officiating.
Interment will follow in Chuckey Community Cemetery.
Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home for funeral expenses.
