Robert Pine Obituary
Born in Baltimore Maryland on March 5, 1942. Bobby was a loving husband, father, and grandfather. He liked to have a good time and make people laugh. He loved to cook at the church and clean fish with Rick Davis.
He was a member at Pleasant Garden Baptist Church and served for two terms as a deacon and visited homebound widows. He loved the Lord and would talk to people about God's wonderful love for us whenever he had chance.
He is survived by his wife, Cecelia Stubblefield Pine of 63 years, daughter Marsha Pine and son Scott (Amy) Pine, four grandchildren Haley Gartland, Dillon, Brianna Shanahan, and Lane Pine and 3 great-grandsons, brother Keefer Pine and sister Rosa Ray. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert and Wilma Pine, grandparents (who raised him) Clyde and Rose Dixon, brother Samuel Clyde Pine.
Service will be held at Pleasant Garden Baptist Church,1415 Neelly Road, Pleasant Garden, NC on Thursday August 21st, visitation 1 to 2 and service 2 to 3.
Donations may be made to Pleasant Garden Baptist Church or Authora Care (Hospice), 2500 Summit Avenue, Greensboro, NC 27405.

Keefer Pine is my uncle and I got the pleasure of meeting his brother Bobby Pine and was so glad I did. He was always making us kids laugh, but he always made me feel welcome in a room when others didn't, he was a wonderful person and he will truly be missed.
