Samuel Capps Obituary
October 17, 1944 - August 5, 2025
Samuel "Sam" Lee Capps, 80, of Pleasant Garden, NC passed away on August 5, 2025.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy, and their son, Mark Capps; daughter, Kellie Capps, and her partner, Dwayne Turner. He is also survived by his uncle, Ray Braswell (Geneva); brothers, Archie Capps and Tim Morris (Brenda); sister-in-law, Eve Young; numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He is also survived by honorary grandchildren, Clairee Young, Smith Young, Georgia Maffeo and Cassie Turner.
A memorial service will be held at Glenwood Presbyterian Church, 1205 Glenwood Avenue, Greensboro on Saturday, August 16 at 11 a.m. with visitation following in the fellowship hall.
