Georgia Clark Obituary

Georgia Susan Clark

Annandale, VA

Georgia Susan Clark passed on early Saturday Morning, 30 of January in Falls Church, VA. She left her young family unexpectedly, seeking a perfection she may not have understood as having always been there.

Born in Mt. Lawley, Western Australia to Cheryl and Brian Mather on 4th of the first, 1973. She grew up in Mundaring, and attended Eastern Hills. She was what we would call a "good olMundaring girl". She stayed close to her roots. Always enjoying family holidays, growing up she used to say Nigel was the Favorite, she got away with everything, and poor Rohan always got in trouble. Georgia was a very independent girl, working hard to buy her own home in Morley, but always longing for a family of her own to take care of. She met her husband Nick at work, and man did he have to work hard to get a date with her. Nick chased and chased, but nearly gave up. Finally one night she rang him up, possibly during a night out with her girlfriends, and asked him if he was serious. 1 year after this phone call they were married on 25 of October, 2008. Georgia faithfully would pick up and move anyplace Nick was called on for work. They especially loved Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. Kalgoorlie was a place that allowed Nick and Georgia some good times. While home in Australia they were able to begin that family she always wanted, Having Lucy through IVF, leaving a 1% chance of another child through IVF, and a less than 1% to have one naturally. Even with these odds, Elliott came naturally with a less than 1% chance. In March of 2013, the family made the decision to leave home and move to Greenville, S.C. where they spent 18 months before moving most recently here to Northern, V.A. Although they both hated the snow, and she would deny much of this. The family really had the best times together while here. Georgia handpicked Congressional, the School she chose for both Lucy and Elliott which they love so much. Georgia was so involved, she was Room Parent for Elliott's class, and did every activity possible for Lucy. This past Christmas, they all finally came home to Australia after nearly 3 years of being away to visit family and friends with the kids. She was gleaming this whole trip being back with her family and friends.

Georgia is survived by her husband of 8 years Nicholas, her daughter Lucy, her son Elliot, her mum and dad Cheryl and Brian, her younger brothers and sister in law Rohan and Nigel (Fiona) and their kids; Felicity, Samantha, and Oakley. Her Uncle Trevor and Auntie Eunie. Along with many cousins, and good friends.
